Commission percentages describe eligible net merchandise sales only. They are not an income projection or an earnings promise.
How commission is calculated
Sales are attributed through your approved links, QR codes and campaign codes. Commission is calculated only from eligible net merchandise sales and excludes:
- Tax and duties
- Shipping and handling
- Refunded or cancelled items
- Chargebacks and fraud reversals
- Gift-card value and store credit
- Disallowed categories flagged by the house

Cleared
Return window closed. Queued for the next payout run.
Payable
Approved for payout through your connected payout account.
Paid
Settled to your connected payout account.
Reversed
Refund, cancellation, chargeback or fraud review reversed this line.
