These terms cover your use of Zipper Vibe — browsing, buying, selling, booking a provider, joining a live room and everything else on the site. By using the site you accept them.
We may update these terms as the house grows. The version and effective date at the top of this page always tell you which set applies, and material changes are announced on the site.
One person, one account. Keep your sign-in details private; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
You must be old enough to form a contract where you live. We may suspend or close an account for fraud, payment abuse, impersonation, counterfeit goods, harassment or a safety risk to other members, and we tell you why.
An order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we confirm the order. If a piece turns out to be unavailable or mispriced by obvious error, we may cancel and refund in full before dispatch.
Prices are shown in the listed currency. Delivery charges and any taxes due are shown before you pay; tax is calculated from the delivery address you confirm at checkout.
Payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
While the house is running its pilot, only the pieces marked as available for purchase can be bought. Everything else is browse-only and clearly labelled.
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery; ownership passes once we have received payment in full.
If a parcel arrives damaged, tell us within a reasonable time and keep the packaging so the carrier claim can be made.
Returns are governed by the Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms removes statutory rights you have where you live.
Independent sellers and providers list on Zipper Vibe under their own name. Where a piece or service is supplied by them, the sale or booking is between you and them, and we help resolve disputes.
Sellers must describe fabric, origin and sizing honestly, ship within the stated handling time, and honour the returns policy. Providers must keep availability accurate and their verification current.
The Zipper Vibe name, the diamond Z mark, the design boards, imagery and site content belong to the house or its collaborators. Do not copy, resell or pass them off as your own.
Anything you post — reviews, photos, streams — stays yours, but you give us permission to display it on the site. Post only what you have the right to post, and never strip artisan or workshop credits.
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Some features are clearly marked as preview or setup required and are not available yet.
Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
These terms are governed by the law of Not set yet — the house owner must add the governing jurisdiction.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
