Z-Vibe Retail Partner Program

Bring Z-Vibe Into Your Store.

Four ways to carry the house — wholesale, buy-side resale, consignment and temporary retail. African heritage, global luxury, future design, merchandised on your floor.

Four partnership models

Choose how you carry the house.

01

Wholesale

Buy the collection at wholesale pricing.

The retailer purchases approved Z-Vibe inventory at wholesale pricing and sells it under their own margin. Linesheets, MOQs, lead times and suggested retail are published per season in the digital catalogue.

02

Resale / Buy-Side

Purchase selected new / NWT pieces for resale.

The retailer buys a curated selection of new or new-with-tags pieces for resale, drawn from the house's approved buy-side list rather than a full seasonal linesheet.

03

Consignment

Z-Vibe retains ownership until the piece sells.

Z-Vibe places inventory on the retailer's floor and retains ownership until sale. Settlement is calculated per agreement on the pieces that actually sell; unsold pieces are returned or rotated.

04

Pop-Up / Brand Activation

Trunk shows, launches, showcases and temporary retail.

A time-boxed activation inside or alongside the retailer's space: trunk shows, collection launches, designer showcases, fashion events and shopping evenings, staffed and merchandised together.

Side by side.

Example only — not a universal policy

Consignment splits are configurable per agreement. As an illustration, a $300 sale at 60% Z-Vibe / 40% retailer settles as $180 to Z-Vibe and $120 to the retailer. Your own split is whatever your signed agreement states.

What partners receive

A showroom, a portal and a desk.

A house, not a rack

Global Heritage Fusion™ pieces arrive with their story, materials and provenance intact — Bogolan, linen and embroidery in dialogue with tailoring.

Digital linesheet

SKU, collection, MSRP, wholesale, suggested retail, MOQ, sizes, colours, materials and lead time in one place, with imagery you can merchandise from.

Purchase orders that behave

Draft, submit, approve, ship, close — with printable purchase orders and invoices at every step.

Consignment you can audit

Units placed, units sold, agreed retail, the split from your agreement, returns and a settlement report per period.

Activations

Trunk shows, launches and showcases planned with the house — dates, staffing and merchandising agreed up front.

One partner desk

Agreements, invoices, marketing assets and a direct message thread with the house, in a single portal.

Quality standards

How the house is presented.

  • 01Pieces are merchandised with their Bogolan or embroidery detail visible, never folded away.
  • 02House imagery, wordmark and the diamond Z mark are used as supplied — no recolouring or cropping.
  • 03Retail pricing follows the agreed suggested retail unless a markdown is approved in writing.
  • 04Care, material and provenance copy travels with the piece to the customer.
  • 05Consignment stock is counted and reconciled each settlement period.
  • 06Returns and damages are reported within seven days of discovery.

Questions retailers ask.

Is there a Colorado-only requirement?

No. The programme opens with Colorado retailers in mind and is available to retailers nationally. Every application is read the same way.

Can I combine partnership models?

Yes. A store might start with a consignment capsule and move to wholesale, or run a pop-up alongside a buy. Your agreement names the models that apply to you.

How are consignment splits decided?

Per agreement. Splits are configurable and recorded on your agreement; the figures shown in your dashboard are calculated from that agreement, not from a house-wide default.

What does approval involve?

We read the application, look at your store, channels and customer, and come back with a decision and a proposed model. Nothing is charged during review.

Do you already have partner stores?

The programme is open for applications. We do not name any store as a partner until an agreement is signed and active.

What happens to unsold consignment stock?

It is returned or rotated at the end of the period set in your agreement, and reconciled on the settlement report.
