Machine wash cool (30°C), gentle cycle, zips closed. No softener and no bleach — both flatten the fleece backing. Line dry away from direct heat; never iron the bonded face. Bogolan mudcloth is hand-dyed: keep it away from bleach and oxygen brighteners, wash cool, and dry out of direct sun so the motif stays deep.
